What you’ll do (aka your setlist) 
  • Own the guest experience: warm welcome, confident recs, memorable table touches.
  • Read the room: pace courses, time refills, stage share plates, anticipate needs.
  • Know the menu: pizzas, apps, pastas, seasonal features, and house beers (quick pairings = big wins).
  • Sell through service: suggest pairings, samples in taster glasses, and “you’ve gotta try this” moments.
  • Keep it tight: pre-bus, reset, verify orders, and close the loop on every request.
  • Fix the issue & the feeling: use our RHYTHM recovery steps to turn misses into “wow.”
  • Play as a team: jump on running food, expo handoffs, and host assists during rush.

Basics & requirements
  • Availability nights/weekends/holidays (we’re busiest when people celebrate).
  • Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to ~40 lbs.
  • Valid food handler + alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain).
  • Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per local law.
Compensation: $2.13 per hour
